Our staff

Aurora Quality Care provides Professional Care Support Workers that are experienced and fully trained to work with adults with a wide range of needs, including those with enduring illnesses, physical or learning disabilities, mental health needs, brain injury and dementia.

We follow a rigid recruitment procedure to ensure that all of our workers are compliant with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). All our staff and carers are CRB/DBS fully enhanced checked, and full practical induction training, before being signed off for work.

We are passionate about our client's right to receive the highest quality of care in the comfort, security and familiarity their own homes. We believe in the provision of care through kindness, experience, friendship, skills and knowledge.
